I was located on the top floor of the hotel, with a small room that had very little space to hang clothes or drawer space but was large and had an equally large balcony where we could sit at night with a bottle of wine. The staff were all unfailingly polite and extremely helpful, providing excellent recommendations off the beaten path. The location was good, a quiet street a short walk away from major attractions like Piazza Barberini, Trevi Fountain, and Capuchin Crypt. The dining experience was nice, offering a variety of options like pastries, cheese, scrambled eggs, and bacon.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a bit small but very clean, offering everything I needed, although the view was limited. The service was friendly and met our needs, but I did find it lacking in being genuinely helpful. The location was decent, not directly in the center of Rome but easily accessible by foot or public transportation. The dining options were diverse and satisfying with a good selection of hot and cold items.

Rooms

The rooms were on the smaller side, but they were clean and had all the essentials. The view from my room overlooked the entrance walkway, so there wasn't much to see.
Service

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, assisting us with directions and arranging transportation. However, I felt the service lacked a bit of genuine helpfulness.
Location

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and set the mood for our quick visit of Rome. The rooms were spacious with a small balcony and a very comfortable bed and pillows. The staff are fantastic, extremely helpful, and always offered up advice on what to do and see in Rome. The location is in a quiet street that is conveniently close to many tourist attractions. Dining options were great but they lacked restaurant service or room service after a long day out.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of delightful and challenging experiences. The rooms were outstanding with a wonderful buffet bar set up and a small balcony, but the location on the last floor meant some noise from the elevator engine. However, the stunning reception area with frescoes and the very friendly staff and knowledgeable concierge truly stood out.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms had an equally large balcony where we could sit at night with a bottle of wine, they were nicely appointed with an old-world Rome feel to them. The stunning reception area with frescoes and very friendly staff, along with knowledgeable concierge providing great tips, made the experience outstanding. Having a balcony was definitely an added bonus.

The hotel rooms are very small for a 4-star establishment but make up with a spacious balcony for evening relaxation. However, the price may not justify the overall experience.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms, although small for a 4-star hotel, had the bonus of a large balcony where we could enjoy a night with a bottle of wine.
Service
5.0
The service was a mix; some staff were friendly and helpful, while others seemed inadequate or even rude at times. The noise from neighboring rooms starting at 8:00 A.M. daily was a downside for a purported 4-star hotel.
Location
6.0
The hotel location was quite good, close to bus and metro stations, but could use improvement in noise isolation to meet the 4-star standard. The area offered a variety of food options.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience provided a continental breakfast with limited choices and an early start time. An extended breakfast period could enhance the overall experience.
Facilities

Facilities were satisfactory, but missing a kettle for the room was noted as an oversight given the hotel's star rating.

I found the hotel to be very clean and lovely, with great amenities like a free-to-use safe. However, the room's darkness made it hard to relax completely. The service was top-notch in the dining room, with staff who were wonderful and professional, though slightly on the less friendly side. The location was okay, not too far from transport links, but maybe not worth the money we paid for it. The dining experience, although with a good selection, lacked some freshness and variety. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
